In the statements below the term Software refers to the Canada Shipping Module or Purolator Shipping Module both extensions for the Magento Commerce shopping software.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE SOFTWARE. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS PROGRAM INSTALL:

License Type : Single Domain License

The End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Steve Heyns (referred to as "the licenser")

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software (Magento Extension), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and the licenser , and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

Disclaimer 
This code should be used at your own risk. The Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not Steve Heyns assume the entire cost of any service and repair. In addition, you must determine that the Software sufficiently meets your requirements. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement.

Limitations 
LIABILITY -- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL Steve Heyns BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
